A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution on June 30, 201, for six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crimes of the Narcotics Control Act (narcotics) in the Daejeon District Court red support on June 22, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 30,

Around 20:00 on February 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget-gun; (b) at the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant asked the Victim F (E), who is a person related to de facto de facto marriage, to doubt that “the Defendant’s leakage or card is the same; and (c) he collected the victim’s body by drinking the horses once a week; and (d) he took the victim’s body back to the next floor; and (e) took the victim’s body back to the next floor; and (e) continuously took the victim’s body back to the back of the victim’s body; and (e) took the victim’s body back to the victim’s back, she took the victim’s back to the victim’s body; and (e) took the victim’s back to the victim’s back; and (e) took the victim’s back to the victim’s back, and (e) took care of the victim’s body as a dangerous object.
