A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act at the Seoul Central District Court for six months, and completed the execution of the sentence before the crime was committed.

1. Violation of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act;

A. At around 19:00 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant injected one of the 'Toluco’ in a vinyl, which is a hallucinogenic substance, in the Suwon-si C 504, the Defendant’s residence, by inserting it into a vinyl paper and exposing it into the entrance of a vinyl paper, and then exposing it at the entrance of a vinyl paper.

B. At around 23:40 on March 14, 2013, the Defendant, in possession of the aforementioned “tomocoke” in the 9th floor of the Emotioncoline D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2013, putting them into hand and inhaled by the said method.

C. On March 25, 2013, from around 22:00 to 22:25 of the same day, the Defendant inserted one of the above “tomocoke” in the Defendant’s residence indicated in “A” into a vinyl paper and inhaled it in the said manner.

2. Larceny;

A. On March 25, 2013, from around 01:00 to around 02:00 of the same day, the Defendant removed 7 multiple covers in the sum of the market price of the victim’s arms and goods on the road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si from around 01:00 to around 00 of the same day, and cut off by means of removing 7 multiple covers equivalent to the sum of KRW 700,000 in the market price of the victim’s arms and goods.

B. From around 15:00 on March 25, 2013 to 16:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) cut off 11,80,000 multiples, including one cover cover in front of the “J in Suwon-si I” on the road of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the part of which is owned by the Defendant, and “J” in front of the part of Suwon-si, the part of which is owned by the Defendant, with the combined market value of KRW 1,80,000,000.

On February 24, 2013, the Defendant is a hallucinogenic substance at the Defendant’s home located in Suwon-si C504 at Suwon-si around 03:0.
