Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 8835] On October 21, 2017, the Defendant inhaled three industrial keyboards (140ml, pigs tag) containing hallucinogenic substances into vinyl wings and inhaled them at the entrance of the wing paper by inserting them into vinyl strings and exposing them.

[2018 Highest 5123] On July 4, 2018, the Defendant 18:28, around July 4, 2018, in front of the “E” 1st floor in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the Defendant 2018, 3 industrial main d. (140ml, swine d.) containing hallucinogenic substances in vinyl paper and inhaled them by means of inserting them into plastic paper d. 140ml, pigs at the entrance of the wing paper.

At around 22:15 on the same day, the Defendant continuously inhaled one industrial key (140ml, swine tag) containing hallucinogenic substances in a plastic paper in front of the 108 East-gu Incheon apartment site, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, by inserting them in a fake paper and exposing them into the entrance of the paper.

Accordingly, the defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances more than twice.

[2018 Highest 5630] On June 21, 2018, the Defendant 202:02:10, followed the exit of the Incheon subway No. 2 line H. 6 station located in Incheon G around June 21, 2018, the Defendant inhaled one 140ml of the industrial key to the vinyl, which is a hallucinogenic substance purchased from the stoluent steel store, by inserting one 140ml of the “bat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat fat.
