[2014 Highest 5591] The Defendant, from around 21:00 on August 1, 2014 to around 1, 2014, worked as an employee at Evex stores operated by the victim D in Seocho-gu Seoul, and embezzled cash of KRW 1,401,00 and KRW 1,363,50 on August 2, 2014, while working as an employee, at the Evex stores operated by the victim D in Seocho-gu Seoul, the Defendant embezzled cash of KRW 1,401,00 and KRW 1,363,50 on behalf of the victim at the above convenience store.

[2014 Highest 5827] The Defendant, from July 9, 2014, worked as night employees at the E convenience store operated by the victim G in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around July 9, 2014, and embezzled the amount of KRW 27,466,620, which the customer paid to him/her at the above convenience store on July 18, 2014, for the victim who is the business owner, while taking it out for the victim as his/her business.

[2014 Highest 5914] From June 20, 2014 to July 5, 2014, the Defendant served as an employee at night at the J convenience store operated by the victim I in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and embezzled KRW 1,250,000 in total and KRW 1,650,000 in cash for scam money and KRW 400,000 in cash for scam money received from customers at the above convenience store from July 3, 2014 to May 2 of the same month. In the course of performing his/her duties, the Defendant embezzled the amount of KRW 1,650,00 in cash for scam money for the victim at around 04:0 on July 5, 2014.
