Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building and stolen another's property.

2. 피고인은 2014. 9. 6. 09:48경 서울 광진구 F에 있는 피해자 C 운영의 음식점에 이르러 열려 있던 출입문을 통하여 그 내부에 들어간 다음, 그곳 주방 선반 아래에 있던 피해자 소유의 장바구니 1개와 그 안에 든 현금 1,300만원(5만원 권), 115만원(1만원 권), 30만원(1천원 권), 시가 100만원 상당의 남성용 롤렉스 시계 1개, 시가 100만원 상당의 여성용 오메가 시계 1개, 시가 20만원 상당의 휴대폰 1대, 금강제화 구두상품권 10만원 권 1장 등 합계 16,750,000원 상당을 가지고 나왔다.
