Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:30 on April 25, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victim with the following: (a) on the ground that the victim, who was aged lower than the Defendant, was engaged in a speech or behavior by disregarding himself, around the 2nd floor E corridor of the D Public Announcement 2nd floor in Guro-gu Seoul and the victim C (the age of 47). (b) the Defendant brought about the kitchen, which is a dangerous thing in the public announcement telescope ( approximately 30 cm in total length, approximately 16 cm in length) and brought the victim into the victim room, and threatened the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
