Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who raises 40 pigs in the swine Republic of Korea equivalent to 100 square meters in the name of “C” from Haju-si on March 2013, 201, 2,00 chickens in a simplified chickens equivalent to 125 square meters, and 10 heads of 10 square meters in Korea equivalent to 18 square meters respectively.

A person who intends to install waste-generating facilities, such as swine breeding facilities, shall file a report thereon with the competent authority, and a person who raises livestock shall not ensure that livestock excreta not properly disposed of flows into public waters.

Nevertheless, from March 2013 to September 4, 2013, the Defendant did not report the installation of discharge facilities to the competent authority, installed livestock excreta discharge facilities and raised livestock. As above, the Defendant neglected raising livestock and neglected raising livestock, thereby flowing livestock into neighboring public waters.
