Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2016, around 17:45, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle on the island field of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 201; (b) on the street in front of 507, breast apartment buildings; (c) went to the front of the vehicle of the victim B (V, 74 years old); (d) carried out horse fighting, and (e) carried out a horse fighting, and (e) carried out an injury, such as a chest, a chest, wall, string, etc., for which two weeks of treatment is required for the victim’s chest.
