Punishment of the crime

At around 05:05 on September 8, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation by exceeding the victim D (34 years of age) who is a substitute driver and the mother who was on the arrival of destination and was in operation on one occasion, from the victim's back head on one occasion during the arrival of destination, within the numberless X-gu in Ansan-si B to his own residence in Ansan-si, Ansan-si C.
