1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

2. The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Driving under influence of alcohol;

A. On November 21, 2014, at around 21:26, the Defendant driven a car with a blood alcohol level of at least 0.11%, and driven approximately 4 km up to the road in front of the half box box in front of the first half of the 645-1 of the Yandong-dong, on the road near the Yandong-gu, Yasan-si, Anasan-si, the Defendant driven a car with a alcohol level of at least 0.11%.

B. On November 21, 2014, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven the said car with approximately 0.12% of blood alcohol concentration, and carried out approximately 300 meters to the roads in front of the police box in front of the said half-month box, on the roads near the Hasan-gu, Yasan-si, Ansan-si, the Defendant driven the said car at around 0.12%.

2. On November 21, 2014, the Defendant, who attempted to destroy a structure for public use, parked a motor vehicle in front of the police box in front of the half-month box, and requested a police officer to stop driving a motor vehicle on the ground that he/she cannot drive his/her head while driving a motor vehicle as stated in Article 1(a). However, the Defendant was found to have driven a motor vehicle due to drinking.

After that, at around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) had D, a police officer who belongs to the above police box, drive the said car; (b) had D drive the said car at his house; (c) had D drive the said car and return to D when the police was on duty; and (d) had D drive the said vehicle as stated in paragraph (1) and returned to the police station; (b) had D drive the said vehicle, and return to the front of the police box; (c) attempted to conflict with the said vehicle by going to the front of the police box; (d) however, the Defendant did not go to the front of the police box, with the front of the police box, and did not lead to any further wind.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to destroy the police box, which is a building for the public interest, and attempted to destroy the building.

3. On April 2015, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion, at the main point of “G” operated by the victim F (V, 55 years old) in Ansan-si E at any time around 21:00 on the first day of the first day of April 2015, and then, at the time of the victim’s basic drinking value, the Defendant used water to reach the victim’s basic drinking value.
