A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and wife relationship between the victim C (mast, 47 years of age) and the law.

The Defendant was dissatisfied with the Defendant’s complaint that his mother, who was living alone, did not know about the phone number on the day of the instant case, was living together with the victim and his husband and wife fighting around July 2013. On August 7, 2013, at around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) visited the victim at his residence located in Gyeongnam-si, around 2013.
