1. The punishment against Defendant A is a fine of KRW 6,00,000,00, and the punishment against Defendant B is a fine of KRW 10,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Height group 87] Defendant B is a corporation engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling banner, and is an advertising agency which entered into an advertising agency contract with K-A and the execution company of H’s apartment complex as the executor company of K-J apartment complex. Defendant A is an employee of the company B, who is in charge of advertising agency, such as banner posting. Defendant D is a corporation that engages in real estate development and sales agency, etc., and Defendant D is a corporation that is a contractor of J’s apartment complex, which entered into an apartment sales agency with B around November 1, 2016 after receiving a request for apartment sales agency from L-A, the contractor of J’s apartment complex, and around November 1, 2016, Defendant C is a corporation that entered into an apartment sales agency with B, and Defendant C works as the head of D and performs overall control over the sales agency of J-J apartment complex.

No advertisement, etc. shall be displayed or installed on any object prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as a sidewalk, telegram, street pole, streetlight, etc., in order to preserve scenic landscapes and public morals of Defendant A, prevent any harm to the public, and create a healthy and pleasant living environment;

Nevertheless, on November 7, 2016, the Defendant manufactured a banner for advertising apartment sale, stating the contents of “N”, etc. on the roadside roadside trees near Seosan-si, Seosan-si, and attached it through its business employees. From around that time to November 17, 2016, the Defendant installed a banner on a total of 28 occasions, such as the one-time street trees in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, one-time street trees, and electric telegrams, etc.

In addition, the Defendant, on December 2, 2016, manufactured a banner for the promotion of apartment sale, stating the contents of “P”, etc. on the roadside roadside trees near the O in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, and attached it through its business employees.
