1. The punishment against the Defendants shall be KRW 5,000,000, respectively.

2. Defendant A and B are subject to each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation engaged in real estate development and sales consulting business, and is a sales agency which entered into a sales agency contract with the execution company of the D apartment complex in Seosan-si around February 16, 2015. Defendant B is a real representative of the above C, and Defendant A is a person in charge of the sales office in Seosan-si.

1. No advertisement, etc. shall be displayed or installed on any object prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as a sidewalk, telegram, street pole, streetlight, etc., in order to preserve Defendant B or suspect A scenic landscapes and public morals, prevent any harm to the public, and create a healthy and pleasant living environment;

Nevertheless, on October 5, 2016, Defendant B w wrap the minimum sale price and lease price of the city's right to the front side of the road near the Sinsan-si, Seosan-si.

In addition, from around that time to October 25, 2016, a banner for the promotion of apartment sale, stating the contents of "Seosan-si D", was installed in the same way as in the list of crimes in the attached Form 26 times between the defendant A and the time from around that time to around October 25, 2016.

As a result, Defendants conspired to post a banner on objects prohibited from installation of advertisements, etc.

2. Defendant C, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed an act of violation as described in paragraph 1 in relation to the Defendant’s business by B and A, who are an employee of the Defendant.
