A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 19, 2018, between 00:00 to 01:00 on July 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had a mind to steal goods from C schools located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu; (b) had entered the school fence; and (c) had opened a school meal room, underground storage window, and reached the second floor through stairs following the building.

The Defendant: (a) opened a window in the second grade school room at that place and intruded into inside, thereby holding an outer 120,000 won at the market price on the son’s book; (b) stolen it; and (c) invaded upon C Schools and E High School at night over 39 times from that time to July 2, 2019, and stolen the victims’ property.

2. On July 23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, as described in paragraph (1), went beyond the fence of a school located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and entered the second floor through an open door, thereby entering the said school building into the second floor through stairs.

The Defendant opened a window and colored a stolen object into a practice room, but moved back from the outside of the building, and moved back to the outside window and opened the window with the corridor of the first and fourth floor, and opened the window of the first and fourth floor, but all windows did not enter the school room because they were divingd.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and attempted to steals an article, but he did not commit an attempted crime.
