A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night building thief and night building thief;
A. On November 12, 201, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened and intrudeed the entrance door door door door door window for the purpose of stealinging things in front of the “BY” restaurant operated by the victim BW in Busan Jung-gu; and (b) stolen the cash amount of KRW 200,000,000,000, which was located in the safe.
B. On June 17, 2013, around 04:30 on June 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded by the victim CA in front of the restaurant operated by the Busan Shipping Daegu Z; and (b) attempted to steals goods through the window of the building for the purpose of stealinging the goods; (c) but (d) did not escape from the wind level installed by the private security enterprise, and did not commit an attempted crime.
C. On June 17, 2013, around 05:00, the Defendant: (a) opened the front door door after the opening of the front door and intruded into the front of the “CE” restaurant operated by the victim CD in Busan Metropolitan Transport Daegu; and (b) cut off with a safe consisting of KRW 130,300,000 in cash owned by the victim.
On September 3, 2014, around 04:20 on September 3, 2014, the Defendant opened and intruded a window in order to steals the goods in front of the “CHcafeteria” operated by the victim CG in Busan, Busan, with a cash of KRW 40,000,000 owned by the victim.
2. Intrusion upon a structure and theft;
A. From 00:20 on January 8, 2012 to 17:20 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) opened a “CK” restaurant, operated by the Victim CJ in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, and intruded into it by a fire, and (b) stolen the Defendant with one set of No. 400,000,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession.
B. From around 23:00 on August 24, 2012 to around 15:00 of the following day, the Defendant opened the kitchen window of “CN” restaurant operated by the victim CM in the Changwon Muwon Muwon CL from around 23:00 on August 24, 2012, and intrudes into the kitchen, and at least KRW 1.20,000, the Defendant owned by the victim.
