A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 17:00 on January 16, 2016, the injured Defendant, after assaulting the victim E in the Dda area located in Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, he provided meals to make a compromise with the victim. On January 16, 2016, around 22:00, the injured Defendant performed drinking in front of the Dda in Yong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and repeatedly breathing the victim into drinking and breathing the victim, and bread the victim over the ground floor.

As a result, the Defendant got a multi-lock in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. On April 21, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s husband I her husband in the H restaurant operated by Jinju-si, Jin-si, Jin-si to be a problem of suspending the construction of the victim’s her mother’s building; (b) concluded that the victim’s husband I her husband performed the construction of the Defendant’s building, and her husband her work in the cooling-si, and she saw the Defendant to “at the time her friend, this association has gone through when her friend,” and told the Defendant’s daily behavior to “the friend, this association fried at the time her friend,” followed the victim’s husband I’s fat, who was in the restaurant, and fried the victim’s her husband’s fat, who was in the restaurant, and caused the disturbance over 10 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
