A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a student attending B University from November 201 to May 2013, 2012, and returned to C (the age of 23) for about ten (10) months from around November 2012 to around May 2013, and there was a question that “C has a good appraisal with the victim,” and there was a conflict between the victim and the victim. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant recorded the defect of the victim’s abusive language by telephone, and the victim sent the Defendant a letter stating the Defendant’s abusive language.

On December 1, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by inserting the message in the instant communications network, stating the victim’s abusiveism, such as “The Defendant: (a)” in the application chemical of B University and the 4-year group Kakao Stockholm communications network within the boundary of the D University, Ansan-si; and (b) in the conversation that the victim communicates with the subject; and (c) read the victim and the victim by inserting the message to the said communications network.

Around 01:00 on March 31, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) posted a cell phone screen page containing the Defendant’s pet that “When bitom is equal to bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom bitom,” which was sent to the Defendant at night around November 7, 2014, the Defendant expressed the Defendant’s cell phone screen page to confirm the victim’s telephone number, and around November 7, 2014, the Defendant expressed the victim’s intent to slander the Defendant through an information and communications network.
