A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 5, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim C at around 10:00, the victim C (n.e., 52 years of age) who is located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim was rejected from the victim’s request for alcohol, and thereby the victim’s request for alcohol was rejected, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force, i.e., raising the disturbance to approximately 30 minutes of the victim’s restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim F at around 15:00 on February 2, 2016, in the “H main point” operated by the Victim F (F, 50 years of age) G in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, the Defendant was refused from the injured party’s refusal to request alcohol, and the Defendant got back to the next Twitbs, “Irrrrrrh. e. . e. . . . e. . . e. e. e. s.). The Defendant continued to do so.

3. On March 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 16:50 on March 17, 2016, at the “K cafeteria” operated by the victim I (n, 63 years of age) in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, the Defendant was refused to request alcohol from the injured party; and (b) on the next table, the Defendant had “packed one-time test.”

C. The elderly and age of h.h., who expressed a desire to commit disturbance, thereby obstructing the restaurant work of the victim between about 10 minutes by force.

4. 피해자 L에 대한 범행 피고인은 2016. 3. 17. 17:00 경 인천 계양구 M에 있는 피해자 L(53 세) 이 운영하는 노점상에서, 아마씨 한 봉지를 달라는 요청을 피해 자로부터 거절당하자 그곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 끝이 뾰족 한 돌멩이( 전체 길이 약 15cm )를 손에 들고 피해자를 때릴 듯이 들어 올리고, 위 돌멩이를 피해 자의 노점상에 던져 위험한 물건으로 피해자에게 폭행을 가하였다.
