1. Defendant B:
A. Of the lands listed in the attached Table 1 list, the indication of the accompanying drawings; 8, 4, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 9, 9.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The land in this case is owned by the deceased F (Defendant B’s Si, Defendant C, D, and E) and some shares are transferred to G, which appears to be F’s relative around 1962, and the remainder of the network F inherited by the deceased H (Defendant B’s spouse, Defendant C, D, and E’s husband) around 1971. The deceased on March 17, 1981 and the deceased on March 17, 1981 and the Defendants completed the registration of inheritance by the Defendants around 1984.2) The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer as to each of the shares in the land in this case by Suwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch Branch of Seoul District Court on the ground of partition of co-owned property on December 14, 1988.
B. 1) The networkF newly constructed the instant building on the instant land and completed the registration of ownership preservation on June 5, 1958. Thereafter, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant building on November 21, 201 due to the inheritance by consultation and division on March 17, 1981. However, on October 22, 2010, the registry on the building listed in the attached Table 3 was closed on October 27, 201 (the building indicated in the attached Table 3 attached to the instant building) and the building listed in the attached Table 3 was part of the instant building.
2) The deceased H newly constructed the instant building on the instant land and completed registration of ownership preservation on August 13, 1966.
On March 17, 1981, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer concerning the building of this case on November 21, 201 due to inheritance by consultation and division.
3) Defendant B is a building listed in the attached Table 4 list on the instant land (hereinafter referred to as “current Plaintiff’s building”).
(C) On October 30, 1987, the Plaintiff newly constructed and completed registration of ownership preservation. (c) On November 17, 1988, the Plaintiff and the Defendants on November 17, 1988, as of November 17, 198, the Plaintiff is currently the Plaintiff, who is a building with 132 square meters for the portion 132 square meters (hereinafter “instant 132 square meters”) and 132 square meters for the instant land.
