1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

A. Attached 1 drawings among the 1,613 square meters of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Forest Land shall be marked 1 and 1.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The ownership relation to the instant land is 1,613 square meters of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Forest Land (hereinafter “instant land”).

(B) On February 1, 198, the deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 1, 1991, and on February 27, 2009, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 19, 2010 due to the inheritance due to the consultation division as the deceased died. 3) Following the death of the NetworkF on April 26, 2013, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the net F’s share among neighboring 2 land and buildings on August 1, 2013 due to the inheritance by agreement or division.
