A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 01:5 on September 17, 2015, 2015, damaged the entrance door door in the “Cum division” operated by the victim C in Thai-si B, Thai-si, by sticking the door door at the market price of KRW 1.30,00,000; and (b) entered the hospital through the shoulder entrance to the patient waiting room, resulting in diving.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and invaded on the structure managed by the victim.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2015. 9. 17. 02:30경 위 1항의 행위로 현행범으로 체포되어 태백시 D에 있는 태백경찰서 E지구대에 인치된 후, 근무 중인 여자 경찰관들을 향해 ‘씹할 년, 뭘 쳐다 봐 ’라고 욕설을 하며 소란을 피워 E지구대 소속 순경 F이 피고인을 제지하자, F에게 ‘니는 꼭 기억한다. 나중에 죽여 버릴 거다. 경찰 계급장 달고 있다고 내가 못 때릴 것 같냐 ’라고 욕설을 하며 발로 F의 허벅지 부위를 1회 걷어차는 등 폭행을 하여, 경찰관의 정당한 공무집행을 방해하였다.
