A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for twenty years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for 10 years.

In addition, on December 28, 2006, the person against whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than six years and completed the execution of the sentence on November 18, 2012.

On July 4, 2013, around 23:35, the Defendant operated a Frando XG car in the D market located in Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, in front of the street, and tried to find out and rape the victim G (e.g., age 69) at which the land was collected, and moved to the future for the “H” model in the said D market where the said victim was located by driving the said vehicle again.

At around 00:07 on July 5, 2013, the Defendant discovered the above victim at the street room in the D market located in Simsan-si, the Defendant: (a) caused the victim, who was forced to leave the vehicle to the back seat of the vehicle, so as to prevent the victim from resisting the victim; and (b) moved the victim, who was in the state of failing to resist, to the back seat of the vehicle, into the 1km parking lot in Simsan-si, approximately 1km away; (c) raped the victim by cutting off the part of the victim, and raising his fingers into the back seat of the said vehicle at a similar time on the back seat of the victim; and (d) at the K Hospital located in Simsan-si, around 21:40 on July 12, 2013, the Defendant caused the victim’s death to the above victim due to damage to the chest and the scarf and the scarfe part.

The Defendant, as above, committed similar rapes to the victim G and caused the death of the victim at the time of the victim.

In addition, even before this case, the defendant had already been sexually committed by the victim L(the age of 67) who was removed on October 13, 2005 on one occasion, and had the victim L take part in the aggregate of 8 and 9 left-hand side, which requires approximately 5 weeks of treatment. (2) On September 15, 2006, the victim M(the age of 78) who was walking along the road on September 15, 2006, had the victim M(the age of 78) engage in sexually committed rape, and suffered the victim M(the age of 74 years) in the old-spath in the number of treatment days. (3) On October 28, 2006, the victim N(the age of 74) who was walking along the road on October 28, 2006.
