A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2012, the Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant”) committed sexual intercourse against the other victim’s will listed on the part of the victim, on the part of the victim E (in female, 29 years of age) located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 12, 2012, in order to confirm the victim’s male-parent body, and return to the house, and to rape the victim, and to confirm the victim’s sexual intercourse, and opened an entrance without correction, and intrudes the victim into the room, and then the Defendant knew that he invaded the victim’s house, and raped the victim by having sexual intercourse one time against the other victim’s will listed on the part of the victim.

On October 3, 2012, at around 02:30 on October 3, 2012, the Defendant reported the victim under the influence of alcohol in the guest room in the Sinsan-siJ, and proposed that the victim “a defect in sexual relations” was “a defect” due to the sudden desire for the victim. However, the victim rejected the request.

The Defendant assaulted the victim to suppress his resistance, and raped the victim once, and thereby, caused the victim to suffer sexual intercourse, which requires medical treatment for approximately one week.
