A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the prone of the victim C (n, D), had the ability of the victim to discern things or make decisions, and had no mother commit an indecent act by informing the victim of the methods of coping with sexual crimes by using those complying with himself/herself without his/her mother.

1. The Defendant committed the crime on March 16, 2014, at around 11:00 on March 16, 2014, notified the victim (the age 11) of the method of coping with the sex offense to the victim (the age 11) at the inside of his/her own house located in Chungcheongnam-gun E, Chungcheongnam-gun, and committed the chest by inserting his/her hand in his/her role as a criminal, while committing the crime.

2. The crime committed on April 20, 2014;

A. On April 20, 2014, between around 13:00 and 15:20, the Defendant: (a) found the victim (the age of 12) at the inside of his/her residence to be defective; (b) stated that he/she would be able to cope with the test that served as a sexual assault offender; and (c) held the victim seated on the floor of the room, she sparedly and laid down his/her hand, and laid down his/her breast, and she was able to cope with the other party’s arms in this case; and (d) continued to comply with the crime.
