1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 26, 2015, the Plaintiff filed a motion with the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board to confirm that “the invention subject to confirmation falls under the scope of the Plaintiff’s right-holder’s claim 5” among the instant patented inventions.
Accordingly, on February 24, 2016, the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal rendered the instant trial ruling dismissing the Plaintiff’s request on the ground that “the invention subject to confirmation was specified to be compared with the claim 5 among the patented inventions in this case, but it is difficult for the Defendant to have actually worked or deemed to have worked the invention.”
B. The Plaintiff’s title of the instant patent invention (Evidence A) invention: The purpose of the instant patent invention is to provide the equipment and method of replacing defective parts of the PC panel (the upper part of two pages) with the method of indicating priority / the filing date and the date of registration/registration number: November 3, 2002 and / the date of September 3, 2003// September 17, 2004/204./ February 17, 2004/ the outline of the instant patent invention pertains to the method and method of replacing defective parts of the PCB panel (the upper part of two pages), unlike the previous method of using the PC panel.
【Claim No. 1-4】 Claim No. 5】 Claim No. 1 omitted 【 Claim No. 5】 The description of the instant patent invention was written as “consecting” in the specification of the instant patent invention by combining replacement PCB parts on the place where defective PCB parts were removed, but it is obvious that this is a clerical error in the specification of the instant patent invention, and thus, the judgment was written as “consecting.”
It is a vector with a change size and direction separately inside the space of the PCB panel where defective parts of the PCB panel are removed (hereinafter referred to as the PCB) by means of replacing defective parts of the PCB panel (hereinafter referred to as the PCB).
