A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

In using and managing the means of access, no one shall lend the means of access while requesting or promising to receive, demand or promise any compensation, unless otherwise expressly provided for in other Acts.

Nevertheless, on August 18, 2019, the Defendant issued a proposal to the effect that “I will use 600,000 won per account for one month if I lend an account to be used for refund purposes,” from the branch of Geumcheon-gu Seoul, and around that time, I delivered one head of Tong (E) linked to C bank accounts in the name of the Defendant’s private partner in the old world near the additional digital group area 309, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to receive compensation and lent the means of access to the above B.

In using and managing the means of access, no one shall lend the means of access while requesting or promising to receive compensation unless otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act.

1. On July 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal from B, a police officer of the company bank account; (b) “I will pay KRW 600,000 won per one, if he/she lends the passbook; (c) around that time, the Defendant issued one passbook and one physical card connected to the company bank account (H) in the name of the Defendant in the vicinity of the building F of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Defendant’s residence in the Subdivision G; and (d) received 600,000 won for the loan after that day.

Accordingly, the Defendant lent the means of access to the above B while receiving compensation.

2. On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the proposal as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) from the first police officer, and around that time, issued one passbook and one check card connected to the account (J) in the name of the Defendant in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence in the building F of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Defendant’s land-to-story G.

As a result, the Defendant promised to receive compensation, and the means of access to the said B.
