[Defendant B] Defendant B was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Chuncheon District Court on July 2, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 21, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 20, 2014.

1. Defendant A is a person who uses a false name called “G” and is not a narcotics handler.

E. On September 2016, the Defendant, at around 23:00, 1810 of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ptel Ptel 1810, and the Defendant, along with theO, injected the philopon on a gambling place, ruptured it into a rupture, and smoked.

F. On October 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant sold and purchased 0.7g opon to O in front of the Q market in the middle of Q market in Q. In order to sell and purchase it for KRW 400,000.

G. On October 2016, the Defendant issued and received 0.4g opphones to O in front of the Incheon Southern-gu Ptel on the road of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ptel.

H. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant sold and purchased 0.7g of 0.7g of philopon to R viaO on the roads of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dongdaemun-gu, Incheon, and 4.50 million won.
