A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 won from C for the purchase of psychotropic drugs under the name of the Defendant’s name in a place where it is not known to the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Liopon”); (b) transferred 300,000 won from C to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of the Defendant; (c) on October 9, 2015, around 01:0, in a place where around 01:00, in which it is difficult to know of the fact that C was able to obtain from a single injection machine.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

2. At around 22:00 on the first day of April 2016, the Defendant received a white paper containing approximately 0.2g opon from a person (one name G) who was unable to know his/her name in front of the EF bank located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (one name G).

Accordingly, the defendant accepted philophones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on the first day of April 2016, 201, performed 0.1g of the penphone that was received, such as paragraph (2), on the part of the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, Adong 109, and 109.

B. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 02:00.

In the case of the defendant's residence beh, 0.1g of the penphone, received as described in paragraph (2), shall be laid above the boom, and the delay shall be dnicked, and the delay shall be dnick.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones twice.
