On October 21, 2015, the Defendant driven a BA-purd vehicle at approximately 200 meters away from the 59 Donsan-ro, Osan-ro, 190 Osan-ro, 190, from the Donsan-ro, 0.172% of alcohol content during blood transfusion, while under the influence of alcohol on October 21, 2015.
