A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to habitual larceny, etc. at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on July 28, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ginju prison on November 22, 2015.

1. From around 10:50 on April 28, 2016, at the EPC operated by the victim in Osan City, the Defendant: (a) stolen: (b) committed theft with one Samsung Card in Samsung Gallon and a mobile phone case in which the victim’s market value, which is the victim’s possession on the computer’s book, was equivalent to KRW 800,000; (c) one copy of the Samsung Card; (d) our card; (e) one copy of the national card; (e) one copy of the resident registration certificate; (e) one copy of the lessee’s registration certificate; (e) one copy of the lease coffee points card; and (e) one copy of the national bank security card.

2. On April 28, 2016, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) went through a taxi operated by the victim’s name in the vicinity of the 59 Osan Station in the 59th century; and (b) made payment of KRW 3,00 of the taxi fee by presenting the victim as if the victim was a legitimate holder of the Samsung Card; (c) from that time, the Defendant acquired profits equivalent to the amount of the said amount of the taxi fee by paying KRW 3,000 from that time until 13:37 of the same day, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit was using stolen credit cards at the time and place stated in the foregoing paragraph 2 in the manner described in the foregoing paragraph 2.
