[Criminal Records] On March 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on March 7, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 10, 2017.

1. A. On November 4, 2016, around 06:48, at the J convenience store operated by the victim L L located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant presented the stolen bank physical fitness card to the employee’s name in his/her own way as if he/she had a legitimate right to use it, and the Defendant used the stolen credit card, upon delivery of 1 A, from the above person’s name in mind, of the victim’s market price of KRW 4,500, i.e., the victim’s market price at 4,500.

B. Around November 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) presented the stolen bank body cards to the victim as if he/she had the right to use it properly; (b) around 08:06, at the “M cafeteria” operated by the victim’sO located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, and used the stolen credit card to the victim, who was issued a 11,000 won between the victim and the victim, and the victim was issued with the 11,000 won between the market price and the 1.00 small son.

On November 4, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime in a P cafeteria operated by the victim R in Q Q in Jongno-gu Seoul around November 4, 2016.
