A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (an indecent act committed by a minor under the age of 13) at the Daegu District Court on November 14, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a lawsuit against the first intersection of North Korean Branch on January 11, 2016. On July 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor from the branch court of the Daegu District Court for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in a prison on January 14, 2017.

Where any personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of new information shall submit the reason therefor and the details thereof to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date on which the reason for such change arises;

Although the Defendant transferred his/her domicile on January 16, 2017 to Daegu North-gu C, the Defendant did not submit a written change of personal information by February 6, 2017, for which 20 days passed, without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant, at around 13:50 on February 15, 2017, in a civil petition room located in the 65-ro, Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu (U.S., Daegu-gu) (hereinafter “U.S.”), as described in paragraph 1, was investigated by the victim who was suspected of violating his/her obligation to report sexual offenders’ personal information from the Defendant’s slope E (n.e., 36 years of age) of the D Team Assistant of the Daegu North Korean Police Station (n., 36 years of age). On the back of the “written consent of his/her agent,” he/she would die with a red pen on the back of the “written consent of his/her agent,” which was kept there.

After indicating 'Woo', the victim was threatened by putting the recipient into the administrative envelope of the Daegu-gu North Korean Office, and sending the next mentioned in paragraph (D) in front of the police station E in the Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Daegu-do, Buk-dong, U.S., to the victim on the 16th day of the same month.

3. On February 16, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) provides a Daegu North-gu, which provides a mobile phone purchase counseling to the Defendant at a lux not more than Daegu, 14:00 on February 16, 2017, with an intention to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire.
