Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a food manufacturing and processing company with the trade name of “agricultural company (state)D” in Yeongdeungpo-gun C.

No person shall display or advertise any false content on the raw materials, etc. of food.

Nevertheless, around March 22, 2016, the Defendant produced “E” (750ml per annum) 3,040 bottles with raw materials, “E” (750ml per annum) at the company above, and sold 1,620 disease to the agencies located in Young-gun, Young-gun until May 2016, and indicated “raw materials as raw materials” at the company above, with the false description “E’s entry into the Republic of Korea (rice), yeast, yeast, and gynium (the synthetic reduction).

As a result, the Defendant falsely indicated the raw materials of food.
