Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around October 26, 2010, the Defendant forged a private document, or the uttering of a private document, entered E’s personal information in the customer column of the application for the new purchase of the LG Plus cell phone in the “D” operated by the Defendant located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, without obtaining permission from E, and entered the E’s name in the applicant column at the bottom, and then signed the E’s name in the lower bottom, and sent (ju) LG Plus to the employee in charge of the forgery by facsimile as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising his right and duty, forged or exercised one copy of the application for new mobile phone entry in the name of E, a private document on the rights and duties.

2. The fraud accused, at the above date and at the above place, by deceiving employees from the above (ju) LG Plus’ name-free staff, and received the amount equivalent to KRW 312,00 from the (ju) LG Plus’ name-free staff. From the same day to May 26, 201, the Defendant received communications services equivalent to KRW 151,400 from the same day, and acquired pecuniary benefits.
