All of the plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is an executor who newly constructs and sells a building E with 7 stories above ground and 3 stories underground (hereinafter “instant building”) on the 5,178.60 square meters in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

B. On August 6, 2018, Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) entered into a contract with the Defendant on the F of the instant building (hereinafter “instant contract”) with KRW 137,905,100 (the contract amount of KRW 13,790,510) (the contract amount of KRW 13,790,510) on the contractual day; the intermediate payment of KRW 13,790,510 on the designated date from August 8, 2018 to October 2019; each payment of KRW 5,162,040 on the designated date; each payment of KRW 13,790,510 on the designated date; the remainder of KRW 5,00 on the designated date of each of the instant E building G236,236,000 square meters; and the intermediate payment of KRW 280,281,2881,298,2981,298,281,2000.

A paid the down payment to the Defendant pursuant to the contract Nos. 1 and 2 of this case.

C. On August 6, 2018, Plaintiff B entered into a contract with the Defendant to purchase the instant building H (hereinafter “instant contract”) of KRW 131,007,70 (13,100,70 on the date of the contract; the intermediate payment of KRW 13,10,70 on the date of the contract; the intermediate payment of KRW 13,10,70 on the date of each designation from August 8, 2018 to October 2019; and the remainder of KRW 52,403,080 on each designated date; and the instant contract of KRW 1,2,300 on each designated date; and the Defendant paid KRW 13,10,70 on each of the instant contracts under Article 3.

The plaintiffs' instructions to sell lots delivered by the defendant are "a design maximizes the degree of spatial utilization on the high height of 5.2 meters" and "high-level high-rise knowledge industry center."
