A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B golf car owned by (ju) social Korea owned by the Republic of Korea without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 15 km from the 81km-ro to 10-ro 22, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to a 81-ro 10-ro 22.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim F, such as base salt, tensions, etc., which requires two-day medical treatment to the victim F, and injury to the victim H (WWW) who is the passenger in the above Switzerland land, for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, suffered injury such as base salt, tensions, etc. in need of two-day medical treatment to the victim H (WWWW) who is the passenger in the above Switzerland area. The above PM5 car is damaged to the extent that the repair cost is 65,078 won. The above Switzerland is repaired.
