Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2016, at around 23:46, the Defendant driven a B car at approximately 20 meters section from the Korean Republic of Korea, which is located in the Gunsan-si Culture Complex, to the front day of the child convenience store located in 206 from the Korean Republic of Korea to the same Si university.
