On August 3, 2014, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven a 3 kilometer of the vehicle from the street in front of the potasi-dong Masan City to the street in front of the Gyeongsan-dong Masan-dong Masan-si, where the trade name located in the Yasi-dong Masan-si, 0.138% of the blood alcohol concentration (Yaju-si Mail-si Ma) was unknown.
