1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

The above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of a limited partnership company B, and Defendant A is the business owner and the safety and health manager in charge of the business owner and the safety management who performed the installation of a e-factory heading and appurtenant works under a contract with E Company F from August 14, 2017 to October 10, 2017.
