Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:00 on January 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, driving a vehicle with approximately KRW 5 km from the front of the 89 Singu Seo-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, and the Donnam-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, and the Donnam-gu, the Donnam-do.

2. On January 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), violation of the Road Traffic Act (SP) and the Road Traffic Act (SP) and the Defendant driving the said vehicle around January 23:0, 2012, driving two lanes on the two-lanes of the four-lanes in front of the 89 Simpo-gu, Seogu, and the Simna City (SP).

At that time, since traffic is controlled according to the traffic signal, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving safely in accordance with the signals.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went straight to the right side of the pertinent car by the victim’s driving C, who was going straight from the right side of the Madon distance to the Madon distance due to a mistake in violation of the signal, and went straight to the right side of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, committed suicide without immediately stopping the cab owned by the victim C, even if he damages the 3,605,866 won of the repair cost to the victim E who was aboard the Defendant’s car to receive approximately two-day medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant got the victim E, who was on board the Defendant’s car, to receive approximately two-day medical treatment, and, at the same time, escaped without taking measures such as providing relief to the victims.

3. On January 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive the said vehicle without having subscribed to the mandatory insurance on the new road located in the Seogugu-gu and the 89 YYY-ro, Seogu, Seogu, Daegu, and the 89 YYY.
