Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Where any person who has violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act has killed or injured any other person or damaged goods by means of traffic, such as driving of a motor vehicle, the driver and other crew members of the relevant motor vehicle shall immediately stop the motor vehicle and take necessary measures, such as providing the victim with personal information or providing assistance to casualties;

Nevertheless, at around 06:00 on August 6, 2017, the Defendant driven the B low-priced car without obtaining a driver’s license, while going behind the signal signal in front of the Egye-distance in the main road of the Seog-gu, Seogu, Daegu. On the back of the Defendant’s vehicle, the Defendant’s vehicle behind the vehicle and the front part of the DF car driven by the victim C, who was in the order of signaling from the vehicle behind the vehicle, was shocked to the front part of the said vehicle, and did not take necessary measures, such as immediately stopping the vehicle so as to cause the said dF car to reach the repair cost and issuing the personal information to the victim.

2. Around 06:00 on August 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a claim from the victim in relation to a shock accident between the Defendant’s vehicle and the victim C (V, 27), such as the foregoing 1.

From about 4 km section to the front of the Daegu-gu Ethmthal Road on the front of the front of the front of the street above the temporary border, the Defendant: (a) concealed the victim’s vehicle with the Defendant’s vehicle; and (b) threatened the victim by driving the vehicle several times; and (c) sounding the sign of several times.

Accordingly, the suspect carried a dangerous object and threatened the victim with a car.
