1. The plaintiff B's lawsuit of this case is dismissed.

2. The Defendant: (a) KRW 55,002,101 to Plaintiff A and its related thereto on January 15, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Company is a company that runs the business of providing services related to the composition and operation of information and communications systems.

B. From July 1, 2006 to December 31, 2012, Plaintiff A worked for the Defendant Company as the head of the business division and director in the Defendant Company from April 16, 2002 to April 30, 2015, and Plaintiff C served as the head of the business division and director in the Defendant Company from April 16, 2002 to April 30, 2015.

C. The Plaintiff A entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant Company in 2012, which was the year of retirement, and the detailed contents thereof are as follows.

The term of the annual salary contract: The organization of the annual salary on January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012: The payment of the basic salary and the base rate for piece rates: Total amount of KRW 121,710,000: The payment of the basic salary: 12/142,500 (total amount of KRW 121,710,000 ± 12/142,500) by the amount of the said basic salary on December 21, 201.

D. The Plaintiff B entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant Company in 2012, and such annual salary contract was maintained at the same time until the time of retirement, and its detailed details are as follows.

The term of the annual salary contract: The organization of the annual salary on January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012: The payment of the basic salary and the base rate for piece rates: Total amount of 78,000,000 won: The payment of the basic salary in total on December 12, 200: 6,500,000 won (total amount of basic salary 78,000,000 won ± 12 = 6,50,000 won) by the amount of the said basic salary in total on December 21 each month.

E. The Plaintiff C entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant Company in 2011, and such annual salary contract was maintained at the same time until the time of retirement, and its detailed details are as follows.

The term of the annual salary contract: The organization of the annual salary on January 1, 2011 - on December 31, 2011: The payment of the basic salary and the base rate for piece rates: Total amount of KRW 112,350,000: The basic salary for one month payable on the 21st day of each month after the total amount of the salary is divided into twelve: 9,362,500 won (total amount of KRW 112,350,000 ± 12 = 9,362,500).

F. From January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012, Defendant Company paid KRW 10,276,274, a retirement allowance for the period from January 1, 2012 to Plaintiff A.
