Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant visited the C District District with witness D, a taxi engineer, and the Si expenses related to the payment of fees, in front of the C District in Pyeongtaek-si B.

피고인은 평소보다 택시요금이 많이 나왔다며 요금지불을 거부하여 무임승차로 즉결심판을 청구하려고 하자 술에 취한채 갑자기 흥분하여 피해자인 C지구대 소속 경사 E, 경장 F에게 01:10경 부터 "야이!! 씨발놈들아 야 너 개새꺄 니들 다 잘라버릴거야 야 너 좃까네 씨발놈 씨발 나라가 좃같이 돌아가는고만"라며 약 40여분간 참고인과 C지구대를 방문하는 수명의 민원인 앞에서 큰소리로 욕설을 하며 공연히 모욕하였다.
