On January 11, 2016, the Defendant driven a 500-meter Abbben vehicle from the Gannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to the road located in 27-lane 42, as it had been under the influence of alcohol content of 0.103% among blood transfusion around 01:50 on January 11, 2016.
