Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2018, the Defendant driven a car with alcohol content of 0.103% in blood while under the influence of alcohol from around 21:46 to the front road of a golf course of approximately 300,000 meters in the center of 500 meters in the city of Jin-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
