1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On July 5, 199, the Plaintiff was discharged from active service on April 30, 2010, while serving as a staff sergeant after having been enlisted for the Plaintiff on July 5, 199.
B. On August 18, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) served with the Defendant as a maintenance officer, such as the site launch unit from November 2002 to the discharge; (b) was exposed to various organic solvents known to be harmful, such as softs, cliths, etc. in the course of improving the U.S. launch unit, etc.; and (c) was exposed to a variety of organic solvents continuously. As a result, from around 2008, the Plaintiff asserted that the head was diagnosed as having undergone a diagnosis due to repeated symptoms of the head’s clith and psychotropic disorder as a result of the diagnosis; and (d) filed an application for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State with the background of applying for registration of a person who rendered distinguished services to the State by using the “ma

On March 22, 2017, the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement opened on March 22, 2017 presented its opinion that “the Plaintiff’s parassis and flat disorder shall be considered to be a trophical sye and a nephism, in which it is difficult to identify the present cause. However, the cause of the outbreak of the disease cannot be limited to chemical harmful substances by diverse means, and it cannot be ruled out that the Plaintiff’s occurrence of the disease cannot be limited to chemical harmful substances in the process of daily life as a noncommissioned officer capable of commutinging to and from work differently from the soldier residing in barracks for 24 hours. Thus, it is medically recognized that the Plaintiff’s disease was caused by direct and repeated exposure to the hazardous substances or the harmful environment in the course of performing his/her duties. However, even with an advice and consultation with the occupational environmental department, the Plaintiff cannot be deemed to fall under the requirements for soldier or policeman, but it may be deemed that there is sufficient probability that it contains some elements harmful to human body during the series, such as such organic solvent or be exposed.”
