Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the State F, who is the contractor of the E-House Housing outside the Republic of Korea, and the victim (State) land trust is the trust company for the E-House and its site.

G took over the status of a truster under the trust contract between Korea and H, the owner of the building, and the status of a beneficiary from the defendant, respectively, and the victim I was delegated by the above G with the status of a beneficiary and the management authority of the aforesaid E-Building Housing.
