At around 01:00 on November 4, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, failed to open a 3rd-down restaurant with C, a total of KRW 795,700,000, and opened a 3rd-down restaurant with “F” operated by the victim E, which was located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seoul, and reported to the network around the restaurant, and C, with cash worth of KRW 40,000, which was located in the said 4th entrance and exit, was stolen, and the Defendant did not have opened a 3rd-tier restaurant with C, which was located in the said 3rd-tier restaurant with the victim’s 3rd-tier 1,00,000, and did not have opened a 3rd-tier restaurant with the victim’s new 1,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000).

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
