A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Destruction and damage of special property;
A. At around 03:00 on August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed non-repairable property by harming the utility of the pedestrian rail, which is managed by Docheon-si and Do Office D, with the 쇠-si (40cm in total length, 12cm in length), which is a dangerous object in the Defendant’s vehicle and was in custody of the Defendant’s vehicle.
B. At around 08:40 on August 6, 2016, the Defendant damaged the property to the extent that the repair cost of KRW 10 million is high, i.e., the 쇠-1-1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, which is a dangerous object in the Defendant’s vehicle.
2. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant interfered with ordinary traffic, around 03:15, obstructed traffic by blocking the flow of vehicles, etc. passing through the above road for about 15 minutes, by setting up a two-lane road in front of G in Seocheon-si, and installing a one-lane and two-lane road for the same reason as paragraph 1(a).
3. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the J Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) requested the victim K to remove the locking device of the automatic inquiry of the entrance of the hospital; (c) however, the victim refused to remove the locking device; and (d) caused damage to the non-repair of the repair cost of the vehicle by walking the automatic door from a hand to a hand.
4. On August 6, 2016, the Defendant of special assault: (a) around 04:00, the victim L(58 years old) who was collecting recyclable wastes from around the bed while carrying wastes collected on the Defendant’s vehicle, which is a dangerous object stored in the Defendant’s vehicle (60cm in total length) while doing a dispute with the victim L(58 years old) who was being engaged in collecting recyclable wastes around the bed while carrying them on the Defendant’s vehicle, and (b) the victim fright away from the dangerous object stored in the Defendant’s vehicle (60cm in total length).
