Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

On January 13, 2011, the Defendant displayed goods from the subway platform of the Seoul Military Station of 5 Seoul Military Station on the 18:10 on January 13, 2011, and had an unspecified number of users of the subway display the goods, and had an unspecified number of users of the subway display the goods in a large manner.
